William E. Bull, D.C. | Licensed to Practice as a Chiropractor in VA and SC
Dr. William Bull, DC, served in the United States Navy in the submarine and nuclear division. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 1993 and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life College in 1997.Dr. Bull has practiced full time in the State of South Carolina since 1997. Dr. Bull is also experienced in rehabilitation, strengthening and conditioning. He trains athletes at the high school, college, and professional level at his gym, Back in Shape Fitness Center, in Chapin, SC. He has cared for hundreds of patients dealing with pain, tingling, numbness, and tightness originating from the central and peripheral nervous systems. Dr. Bull searched for a way to treat his patients with peripheral neuropathy without the harmful side effects of drugs. In 2013, Dr. Bull’s search lead him to the K-Laser Class IV therapeutic laser system. Dr. Bull is a practitioner that is committed to constantly improving the treatment outcomes and quality of life for those suffering with peripheral neuropathy.

Janet graduated from Columbia College in 1986 with a degree in Physical Education and teacher certification. In 2005 she received her personal training certification and began working for Back in Shape fitness center as a personal trainer and a rehab specialist at Lake Murray Pain and Rehab. Janet has been working for Dr. Bull in his businesses since 2005. She is also an "It Works" distributor. Janet began working with peripheral neuropathy patients in 2013 and opened Peripheral Neuropathy Laser Center of South Carolina in 2014. Later she opened Bayside Chiropractic Rehab & Laser Center in VA.
